Nikki Dimarko and Callum James – Are in a food fight to the finish. After a dispute over a coveted beach side spot pits the two against each other, they decide to settle their dispute by competing in Maui’s Grand Food Truck Festival. Winner takes all!

Running a Filipino-themed food truck in Maui with her mother wasn’t Nikki's dream job, but after getting the call that her father was ill, she didn’t hesitate to drop everything in Portland and move to Maui to be with her parents. Making her dad a promise to take care of her mother was his last request and Nikki is determined to make sure she keeps it by keeping their food truck afloat, but when the rude British hunk Callum James encroaches on their territory, breaking food truck etiquette and stealing customers, the beef ensue.
