Reia’s life has never been a sweet fairytale. Labeled as a bad omen that could bring death to anyone foolish enough to look her in the eye, it was no surprise that she was chosen to be the sacrificial bride to a Dusk-walker as payment for the protection of her village.
Orpheus is tired of his lonely existence. No matter how many brides he’s acquired over the years, none seem to work out, but with Reia he starts to hope again. Instead of running away from him, will she be the one that chooses to stay? Will she put aside everything she thinks she knows about his kind; to look past their differences and see the soul within? Will she be the one to give him his happily ever after?
